In this role, you’ll embody and exemplify Starbucks’ guiding principles and values. You’ll act as an ambassador by demonstrating a passion for our culture, coffee and customers.

You’ll lead and inspire a team to deliver the Starbucks Experience to customers. Fully aware of the store’s financial performance, you’ll show initiative in managing operations accordingly so as to ensure its success.

 

Responsibilities

  • Leading and inspiring your team to deliver legendary customer service and uphold our brand values.
  • Driving store performance by executing operational plans, managing inventory, scheduling labor, and analyzing business trends.
  • Coaching and developing your team through regular feedback, performance reviews, and growth opportunities.
  • Creating a welcoming, inclusive, and high-performing environment where every team member feels valued and empowered.
  • Maintaining high standards in product quality, cleanliness, and compliance with all safety, labor, and operational policies.
