Responsibilities

  • Managing the team and ensuring a positive atmosphere in the restaurant
  • Ensuring the highest quality of service for our guests
  • Taking care of the highest quality of products served
  • Managing one of two areas of responsibility: product or functionality
  • Actively participate in the achievement of the set monthly goals of the restaurant
  • Supporting the team at workstations

Requirements for Candidate

  • Experience in Guest Service related work
  • Experience managing a team or leading projects independently
  • Learning mindset and continuous professional and personal development
  • Positive energy and enthusiasm in action
  • Flexibility and openness to change
