WHAT YOU’LL BE ALL ABOUT:
- Creating great Guest experiences– You make every Guest feel welcome, valued, and taken care of. You react quickly, build authentic connections and ensure the service always feels warm and upbeat.
- Leading the team to daily success – You run the shift in line with internal procedures and health & safety standards. You bring positive energy, motivate and guide your team through daily operations.
- Ensuring smooth operations - You keep the restaurant runnig efficiently by applying operational standards and ensuring full compliance with safety and financial rules.
- Providing the highest quality – You care about the details that make a great pizza moment: fresh products, working equipment, and well-managed stock – to delight our Guests with iconic dishes.

- Experience in managing change or leading small projects will be a strong plus - but if you don’t have it yet, we’ll gladly help you build it.

WHAT YOU’LL GET:
Your average monthly gross salary can reach 528.923 HUF*, which consists of the following components:
- Average monthly gross base salary: 475.763 HUF
- Gross Cafeteria: 28.160 HUF
- Potential average monthly gross bonus: 25.000 HUF
*(average wage in an 8-hour work schedule, 30% of shifts are calculated with a shift bonus, taking into account a full month, the wage varies by restaurant. Cafeteria is paid after a 3-month probationary period, the first three months are also paid in a lump sum in the 4th month. The amount of the available bonus was taken into account the average payment of the last 3 months in jobs of the same level, the amount of which depends on performance and the achievement of individual and team goals.)
