WHAT YOU’LL GET:
Your average monthly gross salary can reach 410.619 HUF*, which consists of the following components:
- Average monthly gross base salary: 360.659 HUF
- Gross Cafeteria: 24.960 HUF
- Potential average monthly gross bonus: 25.000 HUF
*(average wage in an 8-hour work schedule, 30% of shifts are calculated with a shift bonus, taking into account a full month, the wage varies by restaurant. Cafeteria is paid after a 3-month probationary period, the first three months are also paid in a lump sum in the 4th month. The amount of the available bonus was taken into account the average payment of the last 3 months in jobs of the same level, the amount of which depends on performance and the achievement of individual and team goals.)
