Provides support to AmRest Romania and Bulgaria, ensuring compliance with the law in the company's day-to-day activities and protection of its legal interests.

Responsabilities:

  • Provides consistent support & documentary to the OPS Department and other stakeholders, provides support and assistance in various legal matters as per expertise;
  • Represent the interests of AmRest, in front of the authorities;
  • Support the operations team with legal advice in any situation, especially during and after the audits of the authorities/government bodies and maintain liaison with them;
  • Maintains the relationship with the insurance company as well as with OPS for the recovery of compensation;
  • Manage the archive as well as the digital archive of the legal department and internal documentation;
  • Make drafts and records changes in the company's data/corporate deeds as well as any changes related to the company's status, opening/closing of work points, various mentions, etc;
  • Make drafts and verifies with colleagues, a variety of contracts with suppliers and other legal documents;
  • Support RST support teams with drafting and checking a variety of legal documents;
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc legal projects at local and/or regional/global level
  • Participates in the development and proper functioning of the digital systems related to the activity of the legal department & provides support and training to users;
  •  Develop research activity including new initiatives/ legislative news/ various trends to inform all departments of the company;
  •  Perform any administrative tasks within the department, including creating reports, traveling to authorities, courts for filing / filing / consultation documents.
