Responsabilities:

• Location Scouting: Identify and secure real estate locations that align with our brand standards, development strategy, and objectives for Romania.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and real estate agencies to ensure successful collaborations.
• Negotiation Leadership: Lead negotiations for new lease agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all internal and external processes related to real estate projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and prepare comprehensive market studies to inform strategic decisions.

Your skills & education:

• Proven experience in real estate management or a related field in retail industry ideally.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinking.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the Romanian real estate market.
• Fluent in English.
• Driving license B category.
• Bachelor´s degree.
• Excel in advanced level.
