CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Ensure AmRest is a "Partner of Choice" for all local Landlords. Keeps good business relations with all landlords, developers and agents operating within specific region.
• Support growth of the franchised business of any brand operated within his/her region from AmRest portfolio.
• Deliver 3 yr rolling pipeline of high quality sites across the brand portfolio in specific region to achieve annual (AOP) and long-term growth objectives for the company.
•  Follows market-mapping strategies and site-specific sales forecasting evaluations to ensure new builds being delivered on  Capex sales expectations.
• Negotiating favorable rent mechanisms in the lease contracts in line with recommendations of capex committee and market trends.
• Perform post opening review together with Market Planning to learn from the past mistakes and avoid them in the future openings.
• Ensure opening process is followed in the region of Spain starting from site selection to lease signing.
• Cooperating with and challenging internal stakeholders in order to continuously improve and re-design our Development processes when necessary.
•  Ensure Amrest brands are represented in all trade zones designated by Market Planning for the specific region of Spain, with special focus on strategic white spots.
• Identification and progressing of the future potential locations reflecting unique off-market opportunities or long-term infrastructure & commercial ventures (within specific region of Spain)

Requirements for Candidate

• Experience in retail or restaurant sector.
• Higher education degree.
• 3-5 of experience in Real Estate.  
• High level of English.
