SENIOR ARCHITECT

Responsibilities

• Creating and managing designs of KFC restaurants according to Brand Design standards,
• Creating, optimizing and validating Brand Design standards and working on Brand Manual preparation and updates,
• Ensuring adaptation of design standards to local markets,
• Monitoring and supporting process of design implementation with all  internal departments (cooperation between departments),
• Cooperation with local architects,
• Working on contemporary and cost-effective design solutions.

Requirements for Candidate

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Architecture field,
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop is necessary,
• Good knowledge of English and French is a must, Spanish is a plus,
• Master University degree in Architecture,
• Knowledge of building law,
• High level of managerial and project management skills,
• Team player with high interpersonal skills and a good sense of humor,
• Experience and knowledge in foodservice or chain retail design will be an advantage.
