FADIA
My name is Fadia and I'm Restaurant Manager. I see myself as a football team coach! Indeed, my role is to train and develop all the members of my team in order to achieve results and help the company grow.
OLIVIER
I'm Olivier and I've been working at Sushi Shop for more than 6 years. I hold the position of Regional Manager. My role is to support all the Restaurants in my region in compliance with operational standards. I'm a chef by trade, and after hotel school, I decided to join the fast food industry because of the many career opportunities.
FABIEN
My name is Fabien, I'm 36 and I'm a Kitchen area coach. I joined the company just over 5 years ago. My background is in gourmet cooking and at Sushi Shop I've found the same rigour and love of good produce. Today I manage product quality and chef training in a network of 22 kitchens.
