Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Administration

  • Manage and continuously improve payroll systems and processes
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing (salaries, benefits, taxes, etc.)
  • Administer employee benefits and working time records
  • Monitor and report HR KPIs

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and internal policies
  • Develop and monitor control mechanisms
  • Advise employees and managers on HR-related matters
  • Manage employee relations and support dispute resolution processes

Employee Engagement

  • Manage employee relations
  • Handle employee complaints and conflicts
  • Lead disciplinary procedures

Localization & Business Support

  • Adapt global HR materials to the local market
  • Manage translations and support the implementation of HR tools

Office Administration

  • Organize and oversee day-to-day office operations
  • Cooperate with suppliers and external service providers
  • Manage office processes and provide support to employees

Fleet Management

  • Manage the company fleet
  • Monitor costs and ensure compliance with company policies

What We Are Looking For

  • University degree (preferably in Economics, Human Resources, or a related field)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
