Responsibilities
- Work in coordination with the logistics provider to guarantee service quality, ensure the right level of stock in relation with the provider's procurement department and optimum delivery performance, while complying with the Group's health and safety requirements.
- Dealing with any anomalies or malfunctions. Follow-up and manage any disputes. Keep contact with local OPS/mkt representatives in terms of daily operation
- Updating all necessary datas in internal systems, maintain prices, vendor masterdatas.
- Monitoring supplier relations and performance in coordination with Purchasing and the logistics service provider
- Manage the local source activitites in line with Foodservice Strategy, purchasing strategy and by Foodservice management instructions
- Ensure full complinace internally/externally for Amrest, YUM , maintain Truview and other global databases, contract management,
Requirements for Candidate
- University degree – preferably Business Management, Food Supply, Supply Chain
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- 2-3 years of experience in food supply chain
- High level of positive energy
- Assertiveness and stress resistance
- Willingness and ability to learn and develop
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
