Purpose:

1 YEAR DETERMINED PERIOD CONTRACT 

Provides crew recruitment support for SBX stores and BK restaurants through the effective use of recruitment resources, recruitment tools, processes and systems, thereby contributing to the delivery of the ideal crew structure.

Responsabilities:

  • Crew recruitment support for AmRest stores/restaurants;
  • Managing advertising for all stores/restaurants in the assigned regions, communicating with job portals on a daily basis;
  • Screening of CVs, phone-screening of candidates (1st contact with candidates) according to prioritites, arranging face-to-face interviews in stores/restaurants at pre-determined dates;
  • Asks for feedback from store/restaurant interviews and updates the recruitment processes and priorities accordingly;
  • Use SyncPeople efficiently in order to maintain and document candidate communication and hiring process documentation;
  • Establishing cooperation with schools, universities, institutions on the local labor market, for recruitment and EB campaigns targeted on potential crew candidates;
  • Applies a “less is more“ mindset in managing budgets and resources;
  • Proactively looks for functional best practices, spreads knowledge, experience, findings and provides constructive inputs to support the superior in creation and roll-out;

Your skills & education:

  • The desire to learn and develop with us;
  • Be a proactive, enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills;
  • Have good organizational and time management skills;
  • Experience in recruitment is an advantage;
  • Higher education (completed or in progress);
  • English at least at an intermediate level;
  • Proeficient with Microsoft Office package.
