Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team and support a wide range of HR, internal communication, and engagement initiatives across the country. Key Responsibilities:
- SyncPeople Onboarding Module: Lead the implementation and management of the SyncPeople onboarding module across the country and brands.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Execute onboarding and offboarding processes in RST.
- Speak Openly: Act as the local point of contact for Speak Openly administrator and ensure timely and effective handling of related matters.
- Global Projects: Coordinate and manage the local rollout of global corporate initiatives such as the Barometer survey, Anniversary celebrations, and more.
- Event Management: Organize corporate events including the Summer Party, Family Day, and Christmas Party; support brand teams in planning their own events.
- Internal Communication: Drive both global and local internal communication projects, including Teams channel management, communication meetings, translations, and maintaining the Square platform.
- CSR Activities: Plan and execute corporate social responsibility initiatives such as Foodsharing Day.
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement the annual Fun Calendar to foster a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Medium proficiency in SAP - SyncPeople
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- Medium proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially in Teams and other digital collaboration tools, such as Canva
- Experience in HR coordination, internal communications, or event management is a plus
