Responsabilities:

  • Prepares, implements and executes brand's communication strategy across  the markets ( Romania & Bulgaria) to ensure allignment within the brand. Support special projects, CSR initiatives (e.g. sustainability, Doing Good), and brand activations.
  • Prepares, implemements and executes yearly communication plan, manages in-store & out of store related projects. 
  • Supervise local production of marketing materials and ensure quality and timely delivery. Develop and localize creative materials in line with brand standards.
  • Prepares, implements and executes digital & printed materials kit for the markets.
  • Identifies potential new communication channels and platform to support markets in reaching the financial & non-financial goals.
  • Operations & communications - Maintain strong communication with Operations and Store Managers, Prepare rollout presentations and ensure smooth implementation of campaigns at store level, Support LSM (Local Store Marketing) activities and ensure monthly marketing materials are delivered, Coordinate “Now Brewing” and PPK (Partner Perks Kit) marketing components.
  • Insight-delivering analysis of all major marketing activities, providing learnings and recommendations (Prepare and submit weekly marketing reports :Track promo performance, food contests, and initiatives driving results, Conduct quarterly competition checking and share insights.).
  • Coordinates activities across RO&BG markets, cooperates with external PR and social media agencies, conducts regular follow ups, executes deadlines and effects; consults and gives feedback to local ideas in terms of compliance with the brand strategy.
  • In cooperation with Marketing Intelligence Team, executes pipeline of analytical projects related to revenue management, customer research and market tests. Adjust requests in alignment with brand priorities.
  • Cooperates with SBX EMEA, AmRest PR and Communication Teams to ensure efficient communication flow and allignment of all initiatives with global brand strategy and AmRest strategy.
  • Applies a “less is more“ mindset in managing budgets and resources.
  • Proactively looks for functional best practices, spreads knowledge, experience, findings and provides constructive inputs to support the superior in creation and roll-out of the departmental strategy/agenda.
  • Store Support & Openings/ Renovations : Ensure marketing support for new store openings (NSOs), renovations, and events. Provide input into store design briefs( if needed) and ensure timely delivery of all in-store marketing materials.
  • Ensure correct setup of offers and LTOs on POS before campaign launch.
  • Clean outdated promotions from POS and ensure pricing accuracy.
  • Coordinate website updates and accuracy.
  • Implement Starbucks Rewards promotions and app communications (in collaboration with the digital team).
  • Support MOP (Mobile Order & Pay) roll out/ initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (a plus)
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset with a passion for branding and marketing trends
• Ability to think strategically and execute marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (optional but a plus)
• Trendsetter mindset: stays updated on industry developments and innovative marketing strategies
