Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate restaurant warranty claims and ensure timely, high-quality resolution.
- Organize and supervise warranty visits and reparis in collaboration with internal teams and external contractors.
- Maintain and update the warranty database and pipeline, ensuring accurate follow-up and reporting.
- Deliver small construction projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Support Construction Project Managers with documentation, purchase orders, and project coordination.
- Identify preventive solutions and best practices to improve future projects and reduce warranty issues.
Requirements for Candidate
- Degree in Construction Engineering / Civil Engineering or similar technical studies.
- Previous administrative or construction-related experience is a plus.
- English is valuable.
- Good overall proficiency with office tools documentation, specifically AutoCAD and Excel are required.
- Travel is required occasionally but the role is office-based most of the time.
