What will your daily responsibilities include?

  • Monitor the status of courses in SyncPeople, ensuring that employees follow their learning paths and proposing improvements to the tracking process.
  • Review and analyze operational audit points from different restaurants from the office.
  • Participate in the weekly induction process for new restaurant hires.Manage the assignment of training courses and learning resources.
  • Create training materials, collaborating with Operations to design useful and visual content.
  • Contribute to the organization of internal events, from training sessions to corporate meetings.
  • Coordinate training activities with restaurants, ensuring clear communication, well-managed invitations, and properly prepared materials.

What do you need to join the program?

  • Availability to work during MAY, JUNE, and JULY 2026
  • Being able to sign a three‑month internship agreement with your university.
  • Currently studying Business Administration or Human Resources related fields.
  • An intermediate level of English, enough to communicate comfortably in an international environment.
