Responsibilities
- Realize IT Services Department Strategy to ensure alignment with AmRest strategic goals.
- Proactively looks for functional best practices and spreads knowledge, experience, findings.
- Implement and maintain Global network initiatives to be aligned with Global systems.
- Support IT Opening/Renovation of Restaurants, deliver IT components as a part of business initiatives and provide right IT resources for business project / initiatives.
- Assure that Systems Projects and Change Requests are delivered within assumed budget and according to Business Strategy and Cost-Benefits analysis.
- Assure and enable standardization around IT Processes (Incident, problem and change requests management/standards (including remote and on-site)
- Manage IT Communication systems and platforms.
- Assure vendor, license, knowledge, configuration, assets management for all IT services.
- Manage SLAs for internal and external support.
- Assure IT security in the country, providing continuous analysis, implementation of audit recommendations and alignment with global security rules.
Requirements
- Computer Engineering Degree / IT Superior Grade Cycle / or similar.
- Technical understanding of cloud-based products (preferably Microsoft Azure)
- Advanced knowledge of collaborative Microsoft environments and technology (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint and Active Directory)
- Budget management experience (capex/opex)Project management experience.
- ITIL experience.
- Advanced English, written and spoken: Continuous interaction with Global Team.
- Execution passionate: your daily task will be 50% management and 50% execution.
- 2 years of experience as Team Leader of IT Support and/or Infrastructure.
- 5 years of experience in IT technical position.
- Willing to travel.
