Responsibilities

  • Assure that used systems are compliant with purchased licenses.                   
  • Assure vendor, license, knowledge, configuration, assets management for all IT services.
  • Assure standardized support services cross countries.                                                                                                     
  • Manage One Communication platform across standardized markets.                                                                   
  • Assure that Projects and CRs are delivered within assumed budget and according to Business Strategy and Cost-Benefits analysis.                                          
  • Assure right process of prioritization and delivering Change Requests raised by business units.             

Requirements

  • Degree or FP training in computer engineering or similar.
  • High level of English
  • Communication skills
