Responsibilities

  • Acts as a center for geospatial analytics in Spain & Portugal region
  • Delivers location intelligence services in the region
  • Defines specific trade zones for new stores and prioritize them.
  • Supports growth of the franchised business for AmRest brands in the region.
  • Evaluates new potential locations to ensure new openings deliver on Capex expectations.
  • Prepares professional site assessments and turnover estimations in order to secure profitability of the further AmRest expansion.
  • Prepares post-opening analyses in order to identify key learnings for future expansion.

Requirements for Candidate

  • Experience in similar functions.
  • Knowledge of the following GIS platforms, such as GEOBLINK, ArcGIS, CARTO.
  • High communicative knowledge of English both written and spoken (min.B2/C1)
  • Full proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
  • Creativity, unconventional thinking, problem-solving skills, analytical skills.
  • Previous experience in the gastronomy industry will be considered as additional advantage.
  • Knowledge of programming is an advantage.
