Responsabilities

  • Supports growth of the equity and franchised business of any brand operated within his/her region from AmRest portfolio. (Iberia)
  • Cooperating with and challenging internal stakeholders in order to continuously improve and re-design our development processes when necessary for new sites to minimize the time between sites identification and capex approval.
  • Ensures development opening process is followed for the locations starting from site selection to lease signing and that Amrest brands are represented in all trade zones designated.
  • Follows market-mapping strategies and site-specific sales forecasting tools and evaluations to ensure new builds being delivered on sales expectations.         
  • Negotiates favorable rent mechanisms in the lease contracts in line with recommendations of capex committee and market trends.       
  • Keeps good business relations with all landlords, developers and agents operating within specific region.   
  • Support management of existing portfolio of brand assets when required. 

Requirements

  • Studies in Business Administration or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience.
  • High level of English, written and spoken.
  • Advanced level of Excel
  • Driving licence
  • Availability to travel
