Responsabilities

  • Management of packages and courier services.
  • Reception service and coordination of office customer traffic.  
  • Customer service support.
  • Travel arrangements, hotel reservations, transfers, catering. 
  • Management and organization of meeting rooms. 
  • Control and ordering of office supplies.
  • Other administrative tasks of the position. 

Requirements

  • High level of English. 
  • Knowledge of travel platforms is an asset.
  • Communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
