Responsabilities
- Management of packages and courier services.
- Reception service and coordination of office customer traffic.
- Customer service support.
- Travel arrangements, hotel reservations, transfers, catering.
- Management and organization of meeting rooms.
- Control and ordering of office supplies.
- Other administrative tasks of the position.
Requirements
- High level of English.
- Knowledge of travel platforms is an asset.
- Communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
