Join our team as Talent Development Manager in Madrid!
In this role you will execute People Development Cycle, Training and Localization Services on the market level. You will collaborate with Corporate HR, Brand HR and Brands Operations to deliver high quality of the services.
Responsabilities
- People Development Cycle: Improves, enhances and hone/leverage existing skills of the employees, develops the new skills based on the company needs to ensure high performance within the organisation and boost internal promotion that to close leadership positions with highly engaged employees for the optimised cost.
- Training: Ensures skillset and knowledge needed on every level for high performance of company objectives. Budget management and training funding. You will also be responsible for managing the LMS.
- Localization: Provides the high quality materials from Global Center of Excellence to all the local markets at best price and on time.
- Participate in career plans and internal promotions at both RST and OPS.
Requirements
- University degree / MA / MSc
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing training and development projects
- Managerial Experience of minimum 2 years.
- Experience in SAP SS.FF., training modules and development.
- Business fluency in English.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
