If you’re passionate about Human Resources, especially in Recruitment Area, this could be a great opportunity for you. You’ll be able to get involved in our Talent Acquisition Department, learn from the team, and contribute to projects that truly make an impact.

What will your daily responsibilities include?

  • Supporting the posting of job opportunities across different recruitment channels: training schools, business schools, job boards, employment apps, and social media.
  • Helping identify new recruitment sources and providers to expand our talent pool.
  • Participating in phone and face‑to‑face interviews, supporting the team and learning how to assess candidates.
  • Updating and maintaining the candidate database, keeping information structured and up to date.
  • Assisting in employer branding activities, such as events, job fairs, or campus initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the Engagement & Internal Communications team, helping with initiatives that boost employee experience

What do you need to join the program?

  • Availability to work during MAY, JUNE, and JULY 2026
  • Being able to sign a three‑month internship agreement with your university.
  • Currently studying a degree in Psychology, ADE, Law or related fields.
  • An intermediate level of English, enough to communicate comfortably in an international environment.
