Join our team as a OPS Excellence Senior Manager – play a vital role in driving operational excellence, quality, performance improvement and standardization across the country to all the equity. Your Main Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship with AmRest's franchisors to ensure smooth communication, best practice share including compliance of IFA.
- Lead franchisor's driven Operations Excellence programs, processes and project.
- Manage brand standards through creation of Brand Manuals, routine audits and review with local teams.
- Be the “Voice of Operations” within the organization, providing valuable insights to drive key brand initiatives/projects
- Responds to Internal Control/Audit recommendations to ensure legality and ops excellence of processes.
- Implements AmRest systems across the brands within the countries/regions and manages timelines for all deliverables
- Manages an integration process for the responsible markets from OPS Excellence side
- Identifies opportunities to improve current procedures, through root cause problem identification and structured problem-solving methodology

- Applies a “less is more“ mindset in managing budgets and resources.
- Proactively looks for functional best practices, spreads knowledge, experience, findings and provides constructive inputs to support the superior in creation and roll-out of the departmental strategy/agenda.
Your Skills & Experience:
- At least 3 years of functional experience
- Proved leadership experience
- English Level (min. B2)
- Knowledge of Project Management, Change Management, OPS Excellence, Lean Methodology, Continuous Improvement – nice to have
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to cooperate with all levels of hierarchy
- Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business partners and work cross-functionally in an organization
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong initiative, commitment, and orientation on improving processes
- Knowledge of MS Office.
