IT COUNTRY LEADER

Responsibilities

• Lead first line of IT support for restaurants and offices for defined markets, ensuring reliable service delivery, high user satisfaction, and effective support for daily business activities, while remaining actively involved in key IT operations and technical initiatives.
• Act as a strategic partner to the business by understanding the markets needs and adopting global IT strategies, standards, and priorities, while identifying opportunities to enhance processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Manage the local IT operations and delivery, including vendors relationship, IT projects, infrastructure, asset lifecycle, and budget planning, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business needs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing IT team (located in Prague) by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, audit requirements, software licensing policies, and corporate procedures while maintaining a stable and secure IT environment

Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in IT service delivery or IT operations, including substantial experience leading teams in a multi-site or multi-country environment. Expected solid experience in IT support and service delivery within a complex business environment.
• Proven experience in coordinating and delivering IT projects aligned with business needs.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of cooperating with international teams and consistently working in alignment with established global standards.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing new standardization initiatives and ensuring continuous compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Native Czech and professional English proficiency.
• Driving license and willingness to travel when required (local travels).
