 As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will ensure the highest standards of quality and food safety across the entire supply chain, from suppliers and distribution centers to transportation and restaurants. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to safeguard product quality, ensure compliance, and support an exceptional customer experience. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee product quality and food safety standards,
  • Manage supplier quality performance, audits, and corrective action plans,
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, labeling, allergen, nutrition, and regulatory requirement,
  • Support quality control processes for suppliers, warehouses, distribution centers, and transport operations,
  • Investigate quality complaints and support continuous improvement initiatives,
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and NPD teams to ensure quality standards are met for existing and new products,
  • Provide technical support and expertise related to product quality and food safety.

Requirements for Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Supplier Quality, or a related field within the food industry,
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP/GHP, food safety systems, and supplier quality management,
  • Experience conducting audits and managing quality compliance processes,
  • Knowledge of labeling, allergens, nutrition, and food regulations,
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and external partners,
  • Communicative level of English.
