We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our Supply Chain Team. In this role, you will manage sourcing activities for Food & Packaging categories, ensuring reliable supply service, strong supplier relationships, and consistent QA standards across the chain.
Responsibilities
- Provide effective supply service for venues, enabling teams to focus on customer experience,
- Coordinate and optimize sourcing activities from procurement to delivery.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, timely delivery, and contract compliance.
- Prepare sourcing strategies, risk assessments, and contingency plans for assigned categories.
- Support contract negotiations and tender processes in line with company procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and secure product availability.
- Identify new suppliers and products, conduct cost analyses, and maintain QA and price standards.
Requirements for Candidate
- Higher education (preferred) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics or related fields,
- 1–2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain,
- Strong command of English (spoken and written),
- Very good Excel skills,
- Analytical mindset, accuracy, and attention to detail,
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
