Responsibilities

  • Ensures timely preparation of interim and year-end statutory consolidated financial statements with all complementary notes in compliance with IFRSs,
  • Executes monthly, interim and year‑end Group consolidation activities within assigned scope in accordance with IFRSs and Group accounting policies,
  • Reviews and validates monthly consolidation packages of assigned entities, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with Group reporting instructions,
  • Prepares, documents and substantiates consolidation journal entries and Group adjustments,
  • Acts as a key point of contact for local finance teams, internal finance stakeholders and external auditors on consolidation‑related matters,
  • Delivers training and guidance to local accounting teams on IFRS requirements, Group accounting policies and Group reporting package instructions,
  • Identifies accounting and consolidation issues and escalate complex or judgmental matters, supports implementation of accounting changes impacting consolidation processes,
  • Supports management of the consolidation system,
  • Prepares ad‑hoc analyses and reports, investigate variances and contribute to special projects and one‑off reporting needs.

Requirements for Candidate

  • University degree preferred : Finance, Economics or Accounting,
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial area (auditing, accounting, reporting, controlling),
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel,
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards,
  • Knowledge of accounting processes,
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken, ability to conduct conversations at various levels of organization in a multinational environment,
  • Very good planning and organizational skills,
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Assertiveness and resistance to stress,
  • Willingness and ability to learn and develop.
