In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring dedicated business platform in Amrest. Especially providing 2nd line support for users, cooperate with external support vendors and internal development team.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Providing 2nd line support to dedicated business systems,
  • Configuring and administrating of main IT business systems in AmRest,
  • Cooperating with external support vendors and internal development team,
  • Creating system documentation and building knowledge within the company,
  • Technical analysis and testing of new software functionalities and customizations, assist with quality assurance and resolve program issues and errors.

 

Requirements for Candidate

  • University degree,
  • Good English skills - both written and spoken,
  • Good knowledge of SQL-based solutions and database,
  • Knowledge of MS Azure Power Aps/ MS Dynamics / SAP will be an asset.
