Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable, high-performance web applications from concept through to delivery,
  • Provide ongoing support for live company projects, including maintenance, change requests, issue resolution, and debugging,
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability,
  • Optimize existing applications for performance, scalability, and security,
  • Take ownership of dependency management and participate in code reviews, helping uphold high development standards.

 

Requirements for Candidate

What We’re Looking For

  • A university degree, preferably in Information Technology or a related field,
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken,
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial software development,
  • Proficiency in Java programming,
  • Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL,
  • Deep understanding of REST API architecture, databases, and networking concepts,
  • Experience with Git for version control,
  • Familiarity with software design patterns and their practical application,
  • Ability to manage and maintain a large codebase,
  • Awareness of modern enterprise software technologies, tools, and development practices,
  • Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes,
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills,
  • A proactive mindset with high energy, a can-do attitude, and strong team orientation,
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with React or other frontend frameworks,
  • Experience with cloud platform implementations, especially Microsoft Azure,
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes container orchestration,
  • Knowledge of MongoDB,
  • Experience with Redis caching technology.
