Responsibilities

  • Specify software product requirements and design processes for implementation and support,
  • Coordinate communication between vendors and internal departments within the product scope,
  • Maintain the software product roadmap and manage development priorities in alignment with business owners,
  • Drive rollouts of digital systems,
  • Manage software product integrations and ensure integrity across geographies and brands,
  • Maintain and update product documentation to support knowledge sharing and information flow,
  • Coordinate and manage 3rd line support processes for software products.

Requirements for Candidate

  • University degree (preferably in IT or a related field),
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role,
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher,
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (e.g. Scrum, Agile),
  • Solid technical background,
  • Experience working with REST APIs,
  • Knowledge of SQL,
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools,
  • Interest in new technologies,
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
