Responsibilities
- Specify software product requirements and design processes for implementation and support,
- Coordinate communication between vendors and internal departments within the product scope,
- Maintain the software product roadmap and manage development priorities in alignment with business owners,
- Drive rollouts of digital systems,
- Manage software product integrations and ensure integrity across geographies and brands,
- Maintain and update product documentation to support knowledge sharing and information flow,
- Coordinate and manage 3rd line support processes for software products.
Requirements for Candidate
- University degree (preferably in IT or a related field),
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role,
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher,
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (e.g. Scrum, Agile),
- Solid technical background,
- Experience working with REST APIs,
- Knowledge of SQL,
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools,
- Interest in new technologies,
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
