As the Legal Contracts Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for owning the full lifecycle of Supply Chain / Procurement contracts – from initiation to negotiation and final sign‑off.
Your role is critical in ensuring that all legal negotiations are fully compliant with local and international regulations, aligned with AmRest’s internal rules and global legal standards, and delivered in a way that supports business continuity and prevents any disruption in distribution.

You will work as part of a global, centralized legal team, closely collaborating with local stakeholders and international counterparts, ensuring transparency, information sharing and trust in all contractual matters.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the end‑to‑end legal process for Supply Chain / Procurement contracts, with a strong focus on compliance, risk management and operational continuity,
  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and executing a high volume of commercial contracts (approx. 60–70% of your workload), tailored to business needs and distribution realities,
  • Ensuring that statutory provisions and regulatory requirements are consistently and clearly reflected in AmRest’s contractual documentation,
  • Developing, improving and maintaining standard contract templates and clauses used across markets,
  • Supporting internal policies, procedures and contract lifecycle initiatives, including contract digitalization and centralized processes,
  • Acting as a trusted legal partner for business owners: advising, challenging when needed, and supporting negotiations and contract implementation,
  • Cooperating closely with international legal, supply chain and procurement teams, as well as local legal representatives, to ensure alignment, transparency and timely delivery of results.

Requirements for Candidate

  • Master’s degree in Law,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an in‑house legal role or law firm role focused on contracts; experience in Supply Chain / Procurement is a strong plus,
  • Fluent English (working language of the team) and native‑level Polish are mandatory; Spanish or other Central Europe languages are an advantage,
  • Solid knowledge of local and international contract law related to commercial, supply chain or procurement matters,
  • Proven hands‑on experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts end‑to‑end,
  • Strong communication skills combined with a collaborative mindset – you enjoy working transparently, sharing progress and cooperating within a global team,
  • High level of professionalism, reliability and discretion when handling sensitive information,
  • Autonomy, good organization of work, and ability to deliver results within agreed timelines.
