MARKETING BRAND CALENDAR MANAGER Pizza Hut

Responsibilities

• Participates and prepares calendar promotions full recommendation, for CEE PH markets, in order to meet annual goals, build the brand image and respond on business needs, and trends.
• Prepares financial assumptions and forecasts for marketing activities, including pricing, and promotions planning.
• Brief and supports NPD team on product launches.
• Closely cooperates with internal Communication Team to make sure that campaign goals are delivered.
• Cooperate with Digital team on creation and execution of marketing promotions.
• Supports other CE markets in execution of developed activities.
• Verifies budget and recommends future expenditures.
• Manages and supports customers researches necessary to plan, improve or implement new products in cooperation with Insights Team.
• Ensure effective communication with key business partners, Brand Operations marketing team to strengthens cross-functional relations.

Requirements for Candidate

• University degree - preferably in University of Technology.
• 5+ years of professional experience in various offline and online channels, including 2+ years of of team management experience.
• Strong analytical thinking skills are a must.
• Ability to understand business impact and result oriented way of working.
• Commercial awareness and good business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business partners.
• Strong initiative and commitment to deliver high quality results in an efficient manner and under time pressure.
• Knowledge of English both written and spoken will be an advantage.
