We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join the KFC Poland Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving social media and local marketing activities that strengthen brand engagement, support restaurant growth, and contribute to business results.
Responsibilities
- Manage KFC Poland's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, delivering engaging content and supporting brand awareness and consumer engagement,
- Lead content production, influencer marketing programs, and social activations to support national campaigns,
- Manage budgets related to social media, influencer partnerships, and directional signage, ensuring effective use of resources,
- Support local marketing initiatives, including new restaurant openings, remodels, and competitive activities,
- Coordinate cooperation with agencies, influencers, and external partners,
- Monitor campaign performance, leverage social listening insights, and recommend optimizations to maximize effectiveness and protect brand reputation.
Requirements for Candidate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role,
- Experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and campaign execution,
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment,
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights,
- Very good command of English,
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach.
