At AmRest, we are looking for a Real Estate Services Manager to support the growth of our restaurant network through effective coordination of Real Estate processes, project data management, and collaboration with local and international teams. This role combines project management, data analysis, and process coordination to support business growth and operational excellence.  

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Real Estate projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and approval processes to implementation and reporting,
  • Support the Real Estate Managers team in delivering projects in line with established standards, timelines, and business objectives, 
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of project data across systems and databases,
  • Coordinate investment approval processes and collaborate with a wide range of business stakeholders,
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting materials to facilitate effective decision-making,
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, transparency, and overall effectiveness within the Real Estate function. 

 

Requirements for Candidate

  • Experience in Real Estate, Development, Project Management, or a related field,
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups,
  • Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently,
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel,
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, enabling effective work in an international environment,
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
