REPORTING AND DATA PROCESSING SPECIALIST

Job purpose

As a Reporting & Data Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the AOP process within Development Global in collecting data and performing reports and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Preparing analyses and providing regular analyses to support decision making processes on a global level,
• Prepares global data summaries on demand,
• Preparing Excel / Power Bi dashboards covering specific reporting routines,
• Developing and upgrading data ecosystem covering wide range of KPIs related to AmRest expansion and renovations,
• Suggesting improvements in data flows between departments,
• Cooperate with other Development teams in terms of data collection and cleaning,
• Cooperating with other departments within Amrest and other stakeholders to support reporting and analysis process in Development,
• Cooperating with IT or/and external providers to improve DEV reporting toolkit,
• Active participation/support in preparing presentations for Global Development Director and Company leadership team on a global level.

Requirements for Candidate

• University degree – preferably Finance, Economy,
• 2- 3 years of experience on similar positions,
• Fluency in English both written and spoken,
• Excellent MS Excel skills, Python in Excel, PowerQuery, PowerPivot,
• Good knowledge of Power BI,
• High interest in AI,
• Willingness and ability to learn and develop,
• Attention to the details and ability to prepare executive summaries,
• Proactive approach, very good communication and interpersonal skills,
• Orientation on improving processes and analytical skills,
• Constant focus on achieving goals and deadlines.
