As Revenue Management Manager you will be responsible for building a central recommendation service supporting all AmRest brands globally on product portfolio optimization to ensure the most attractive, effective and profitable combination. Additionally, as part of the central Revenue Growth Management team, you will develop pricing recommendations informed by sales data and consumer insights. You will translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to support data‑driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic product portfolio management, including evaluating current assortment performance and recommending which products to keep, add, or remove to maximize business outcomes.
- Drive projects focused on menu simplification to identify the most efficient and profitable product configuration.
- Lead projects identifying opportunities for new product introductions, leveraging qualitative and quantitative customer research studies.
- Prepare pricing recommendations by analyzing sales data, customer behavior, elasticity, and market positioning to determine when and by how much prices should change.
- Deliver high‑quality business recommendations based on data interpretation, consumer insights, and cross‑functional input.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, RGM, Pricing, Customer Insights, Finance, and Product teams across projects related to portfolio strategy and pricing.
Requirements for Candidate
- Experience in marketing or business analysis, ideally within product‑ or category‑driven environments.
- Hands‑on experience in product portfolio analytics, preferably in retail, FMCG, or QSR.
- Strong ability to develop business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Strong technical analytical skills – at least proficient Excel practical knowledge.
- Nice to have: practical knowledge of Power Query and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Nice to have: experience in Revenue Growth Management or pricing.
- Nice to have: experience working with consumer research—either conducting studies or applying insights to recommendations.
