SENIOR ARCHITECT

Responsibilities

As Senior Architect Starbucks you will be responsible for managing projects on daily basis making sure these are being delivered according to expectations. You will be part of our Team that creates Brand Design standards and working closely on Brand Manual preparation and updates. You will be responsible for delivering contemporary, good quality, and cost-effective design solutions to support dedicated markets growth.

Your challenges:

• Supporting creation process for design of Starbucks restaurants on dedicated markets,
• Creating internal standards according to Model Costs and working on Brand Manual updates,
• Monitoring and supporting process of design implementation with all internal departments (cross department exposition),
• Cooperation with local architects,
• Working on contemporary and cost-effective design solutions.

Your skills & experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Architecture field,
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop is necessary,
• Good knowledge of English is a must,
• Master University degree in Architecture,
• Knowledge of building regulations,
• Strong managerial and project management skills,
• Team player with high interpersonal skills and a good sense of humor,
• Experience and knowledge in foodservice or chain retail design will be an advantage.
