Join our team as a Tax Manager/Expert. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with various departments to support the dynamic growth of our domestic and international operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the effective implementation of tax procedures, policies, and methodologies across the organization, as well as evaluating intercompany transactions and projects. Additionally, you will monitor the evolving tax environment and provide expert technical advice to address changes impacting the company’s tax position.
Responsibilities
- Support the Global Tax Team in managing multi-jurisdictional tax matters, ensuring alignment with Group strategy, local regulations, and international standards
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of tax policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Analyze complex transactions and provide practical tax advice, supporting strategic initiatives, M&A, restructurings, and Audit Committee requests
- Prepare tax analyses and recommendations for special projects, including intercompany arrangements and cross-border structures
- Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and support intercompany charges, ensuring consistency with TP policies and intercompany agreements
- Identify process improvement opportunities, drive standardization, and support effective tax risk mitigation
- Support local teams in tax audits, refunds, and complex matters, coordinating with tax authorities and external advisors
- Monitor tax law changes, assess their impact, and proactively communicate recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, Operations) and contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement within the Global Taxation Team
Requirements for Candidate
- University degree (MA/MSc) in Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in tax, including international taxation
- Fluent in Polish and English in a business environment
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, international environment
- Professional certifications (e.g. Tax Advisor, CFA, ACCA, CPA) would be an asset
- Project management knowledge would be an advantage
