Responsibilities

• Managing the team and ensuring a positive atmosphere in the restaurant
• Training, motivating and building the team
• Planning, analysing and controlling labour costs
• Ensuring the highest quality of service to our guests
• Taking care of the highest quality of products served
• Taking an active part in achieving the set monthly goals of the restaurant
• Developing the team and providing support at the workstations

• Experience in managing, recruiting and motivating a team on your own projects
• Experience in planning, analysing and controlling labour costs
