As an Area Coach, you’ll oversee multiple restaurants, inspire your teams, and play a key role in expanding the brand while embodying our values and culture.

 

 

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and inspire talented individuals. You'll foster a culture of growth, recognition, and accountability.

• Achieve and exceed business targets by implementing smart strategies that boost sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure every restaurant delivers exceptional service and maintains high customer satisfaction.

• Ensure all restaurants meet brand standards through consistent execution and proactive problem-solving.

• Play a key role in opening new locations and identifying opportunities for growth.

• Be a true ambassador of Burger King and AmRest’s values - leading by example and creating a positive, engaging work environment.

Requirements for Candidate

• 3 - 5 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations or retail.

• Strong leadership skills at various levels, as well as strategic planning and project management abilities.

• Results-oriented mindset and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make operational decisions.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• People-oriented mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships and foster team collaboration.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Good command of English.

• Driver’s license.
